What:	Informal Track Practices & Workouts so we can all get in shape and not pull hamstrings at the meet!
Where:	George C. Marshall High School (7731 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church) on the track behind the school
When:	Sometime during May-July
Directions:	Marshall High School (7731 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church) is on Route 7, just inside the beltway. If you are coming from either direction on the beltway, take Exit 47, Route 7 toward Falls Church. Just past the first light on the right is Marshall High School. If you miss the first entrance, you can turn right at the second light, then right into the school's parking lot. Drive behind the school to find the track. From 66: Again, take the exit for Route 7, but head towards Tyson's instead of Falls Church. Turn left on Marshall Drive, then right into the parking lot. Here's a map
